Bicycle Rental Terms & Conditions
(Annex to the Bicycle Rental Agreement) Valid from May 1, 2025
1. These Regulations define the terms of use, scope of rights, and responsibilities of persons
using bicycles owned by AMBER SUITE P.W TOMASZ JANISZEWSKI, Puławska 3, NIP:
8571065706, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor.
Reservations
2. Bicycle reservations are made by phone or in person using the form available on-site. After
completing the form, the Lessee receives an order confirmation and payment details. The
reservation is confirmed once the payment is credited to the Lessor's account.
Bicycle Rental
3. The rental of a bicycle occurs upon the Lessee's consent to the terms of these Regulations.
4. The condition for renting equipment is signing the Rental Agreement and paying a security
deposit. Equipment can be rented between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. For rentals exceeding one
day, the equipment must be returned to the hotel by 8:00 PM each day. The bicycle will be
prepared and made available the following day according to the reservation.
5. The equipment is issued to the Lessee on the day the agreement is signed.
6. Upon picking up the bicycle, the Lessee agrees to present a photo ID, from which data will be
recorded for the rental agreement. In the case of cash payments, two forms of identification are
required.
7. The rental fee is collected in advance via traditional bank transfer, BLIK, payment card, or
cash. The current price list is available at the Amber Suite Hotel.
8. The security deposit is collected after signing the rental agreement, before the equipment is
issued. The deposit can be paid via traditional bank transfer, BLIK, payment card, or cash. The
deposit is 500 PLN for hotel guests and 1,000 PLN for other customers.
9. The Lessor may refuse to rent a bicycle without providing a reason.
Use of the Bicycle
10. The Lessor declares that the bicycles are in good technical condition and equipped in
accordance with applicable traffic regulations. They must be returned in the same condition. The
Lessor is not responsible for hidden defects in the equipment.
11. The Lessee bears full responsibility for the rented bicycle and any damage caused to it from
the moment of rental until its return.
12. In the event of defects or damage, the Lessor undertakes to inform the Lessee in writing by
sending a Return Protocol to the email address provided within 24 hours of the return date
specified in the Protocol.
13. In case of damage to the bicycle or its parts, the Lessee is obliged to cover all repair costs.
The Lessor deducts the repair costs from the security deposit. Costs are calculated based on
the average market value of parts and services.
14. If the cost of damage exceeds the security deposit, the Lessee is obliged to cover the full
cost of the repair.
15. In the event of damage that makes repair impossible, the Lessee covers the full cost of
purchasing a new bicycle of the same type (or its equivalent).
16. In case of theft, the Lessee must immediately notify the Police and present the theft report
certificate to the Lessor. The Lessee covers the full cost of purchasing a new bicycle.
17. Use of the bicycle by a minor is only possible under the supervision of an adult, who
assumes full responsibility. One adult may rent a maximum of two bicycles for minors.
18. The Lessee bears full responsibility for random events (collisions, falls, health issues) and
waives all claims against the Lessor for any accidents or injuries.
19. Unauthorized adjustments, repairs, or part replacements are prohibited without the Lessor's
written consent.
20. Bicycles may not be used by persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
21. Transporting bicycles by the Lessee's own means of transport requires the Lessor's
consent.
22. It is prohibited to transport bicycles outside the borders of Poland.
Other Conditions
23. For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
Personal Data Processing Pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR, the Lessee's personal data will be processed for the
