AMBER SUITE HOTEL REGULATIONS
The management of the hotel will be very grateful for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests.
General booking conditions:
1. General rules:
1.1 Amber Suite aims to provide guests with optimal conditions for rest. The rights and obligations of the Guest are set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Reservation and Stay, hereinafter referred to as the conditions.
1.2 Amber Suite provides services in accordance with its standard.
In the event of reservations regarding the conditions, the Guest is asked to report reservations at the reception in order to eliminate them.

1.3 The Amber Suite Hotel is a facility intended for adults.

2. Booking your stay.
2.1 A holiday stay in Amber Suite is reported upon making a reservation and paying a deposit in the agreed amount, within a specified period.
2.2 Reservations are guaranteed until 18.00 on the day of arrival, unless a later arrival is reported.
3. Payment terms.
3.1 The prices of services for guests are contractual prices and include value added tax.
3.2 When reporting the stay, the Guest undertakes to pay a deposit of at least 30% of the agreed price of the stay.
3.3 The remaining part of the amount due for the stay should be paid by the Guest on the day of arrival at the reception or transferred to the bank account (no later than on the day of starting the stay).
3.4 Amber Suite reserves the right to terminate the contract with the Guest whose payment has not been transferred in the manner specified in points 3.2 and 3.3.
3.5 If the Guest does not use all the services paid for, due to his fault, their equivalent is not refundable.
4. Conditions of stay.
4.1 A standard room or apartment is rented for days.
4.2 The hotel day lasts from 3.00 p.m. to 11.00 the next day.
4.3 If the Guest did not specify the length of stay when booking or renting a room or apartment directly, it is assumed that the rental took place for one day.
4.4 The possibility of extending the stay beyond the period indicated by the Guest should take place at the reception desk by 10.00 am on the day when the rental period expires. The extension of the stay will take place as long as there are available accommodation places.
4.5 The Hotel is obliged to provide:
• conditions for full and unrestricted rest of the Guest
• security of the stay, including the confidentiality of information about the Guest
• professional and courteous service
• cleaning the room and performing the necessary repairs of devices during the Guest's absence, and in the case of his presence only if he expresses his consent and wishes
• if possible, another room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience when the defects in the room cannot be removed.
4.6 At the Guest's request, the hotel provides the following services free of charge:
• providing information related to stay and travel
• waking up at the appointed time
• storing money and valuables during the Guest's stay at the hotel
• storage of luggage of guests registered at the hotel
4.7 The Guest may not transfer or transfer the rented room or apartment to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid has not expired.
4.8 Persons not registered at the hotel may stay in the Guest's room from 7.00 to 22.00.
4.9 Amber Suite may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations of the facility during the previous stay.
4.10 The Guest is obliged to comply with the regulations of the facility and the rules related to fire safety.
4.11 Quiet hours are observed on the premises of the facility from 22.00 to 7.00 the next day. The possibility of exceptions is reserved if a special event is organized on the premises.
4.12 In the event of gross or persistent violation by the Guest of the established order of stay, threatening the interests of others, the hotel may terminate the contract with immediate effect.
4.13 The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the hotel regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to the property of the hotel or Guests, or damage to Guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the functioning of the hotel.
4.14 The Amber Suite Hotel is non-smoking. Amber Suit reserves the right to charge
guests for smoking in the rooms and issuing a bill of PLN 250 for refreshing the room.
4.15 Personal belongings left by the departing Guest in the hotel room will be sent to the address indicated by the guest. If no such instruction is received, the hotel will store these items for three months.

4.16 Parking spaces are payable PLN 30 / day, the use of the paid parking lot is voluntary.

4.17 The local tax is collected by the hotel from natural persons staying for more than one day for leisure, training or tourist purposes. The rate of the local tax is PLN 2.50 for each started day
